Humility before God

Humility in coming into the presence of God allows us to be open to receive the gift of the body, soul and divinity of Christ in the sacrament of the Mass. This is our encounter with the living God, who calls us to life that we might be prepared to enter into the fullness of the heavenly Jerusalem, prepared for us since the foundation of the world.

Strait is the gate and narrow is the way

Christ insists that we “strive to enter by the narrow door.” The way isn’t easy, as to follow Christ into eternal life is to walk the way of the cross, to deny ourselves and follow him.
