Bishop Kieran Conry, Bishop of Arundel & Brighton, wrote a Pastoral Letter which was read on Sunday 6 March: “One group in our diocese has announced its intention to take this step, and that group is down in Eastbourne.”
So the journey has started! After the final services at Christ Church last Sunday, the group moves to attending the Roman Catholic church and looks towards reception into the Church during Holy Week.

And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant and ... gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne, and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God. Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus.
