Epiphany yesterday was celebrated with traditions from around Europe! At the end of Mass Fr Neil blessed chalk for people to take home and bless their house and household. There was a sheet to take home with prayers for the blessing and their are lots of examples of prayers on the Internet. I like this one. We originally heard about this tradition from a friend when we were at Christ Church and for many of us it has become a regular part of Epiphany.

After mass, cake included the French Galette de Rois

Spanish Epiphany Bread (Rosca de Reyes)

and chocolate truffles!
